About ListDirect’s Aim
ListDirect has been created by an owner to help other owners increase direct bookings for their holiday accommodation rentals.
It is an online advertising website for holiday accommodation, specifically created so guests can contact owners directly.
Stopping excessive commission and booking fees, charged by third party booking companies to advertise our holiday rental properties.
The idea is for owners to create their own advertising account, taking back the control of their holiday let business.
Details on how a guest can contact the owner directly, can be shared on your ListDirect owner’s account.
If owners don’t want to publicly share their details on the website, guests can contact the owner privately through our messaging facility. Owners can then send their details privately.
Really straight forward to list your property in a couple of minutes, using our pre made checkboxes. Which helps guests filter properties through our search facilities.
Every payment goes direct to the property owner via your own website or any other payment method you use. No third party costs are incurred.
Creating an owner account allows you to list one or multiple properties depending on which package you choose.
There will be a small yearly fee to advertise your property on ListDirect eventually.
Owners only get the bookings from a booking site because they advertise there. The booking sites only have the traffic on their website because owners advertise there. It is time now, for owners, to redirect the traffic to their own websites. It might take a week – it might take a year, but we have to start one day so why not today?!
