ListDirect refund policy – we want to ensure that you are 100% happy with what our site has to offer before you pay anything.

Free trial period allows you access to all owner features

We have a free trial period that allows you access to the whole site. You have the chance to try and test out our functions before you pay anything.

  • Owners account. Full access to an owners dashboard.
  • You can list your property/properties on the website depending on the package you choose.
  • Our private messaging facility between owners and people enquiring for a holiday.
  • You can respond to holiday makers who post a request
  • You are not asked for any payment details during your trial period.

No payment details are take during your trail period. You can leave at anytime during your trial period.

I do not want to create an advertising platform where owners feel apprehensive about joining. Free trial periods allows you to try everything out before you commit to paying the yearly fee. This fee is charged every year, it is not an automatic renewal you must agree each year to the charge, hence why the refund policy does not offer a refund.

Refund Policy – Refund

Should the time come and you would like a refund, we suggest that you continue to stay listed until your year is up that you have paid for. A refund would not be possible after you have decided to pay at the end of your free trial period.

If you feel it is a technical issue that you need help with and not our refund policy. Have you joined our ListDirect technical help Facebook group?

We would be interested to know your reasons behind why you are wanting to leave ListDirect and looking in to our refund policy. If you have the time please email over your reasons to this would help us out a lot for future owners.
