ListDirect trial period, it is import that before you enter in any payment details you are comfortable with what you are purchasing. All our packages come with a trial period. During the trial period you have access to every feature on the website.
To create an account we need some details. We do not need any card/payment details at this point. As you can see that £0 has been taken during the trail period.

ListDirect Trial Period Orders
Here you can see what date the trial period ends and when your subscription is scheduled to start. You will need to log your payment details when your free trail ends in order to subscribe to the site.
During the trail period we will not need any card/payment details. As this is a free trail for you register and use the site before you subscribe,
If you are unhappy with ListDirect or do not want to use our services, please delete your account during the trial period.
We would love to hear your reasons why you deleted your account, please do email them to ourselves.
Subscriptions
As you have had a trial period we do not offer an refunds once you have subscribed. You can end your subscription at any time which means that the next payment will not take place. You are given all the dates under the Orders tab in your account, here you will find when the next subscription is due (so you know to end before that date).
To find out when your trail period ends go to my account
Select the orders option on the left hand side
Select the view button for more details on the order
Here you can see the date when you trail ends and your subscription is scheduled to start. At this point you will then be prompted for payment details.

This will then give you a list of all the subscriptions you have under your account.
Click on view to see the order details.
