Lavender Haven is a beautiful annex on the outskirts of the Cornish mining Heritage town. The property comes equipped for a relaxing self-catering holiday. With off street Parking for one vehicle. The accommodation consists of an open plan living area with a double sofa bed & fully equipped kitchen. The double bedroom has a double bed & wardrobe. The bathroom has a bath with over shower, toilet & washbasin. Outside there is a private garden with patio area with table and chairs.

The property has a relaxed feel which has been lovingly renovated with comfort in mind. The property is equipped to sleep 4 however for maximum comfort we recommend 2/3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.

There is a dedicated off street parking space along with a private garden. The garden has a small lawned area with a patio which is ideal for alfresco dining.
