Priory Gîte at Kergudon is a luxury family gîte in Finistère.
Historic and charming C17th French rural gite originally built as a weaver’s house but has been a presbytery and farm during its life. Now converted to provide amazing accommodation for up to 6 people it retains many of its original features complimented with the conveniences of modern life. Priory has a ‘hunting lodge’ feel with leather chesterfield sofas and an amazing four-poster bed.
The accommodation is over 3 floors. The ground floor is the large kitchen with dining table and cloackroom, stunning lounge with feature fireplace and second dining area, and access to the garden; the first floor has the family bathroom, access to the mezzanine bedroom with four-poster bed and a second king bedroom with attached shower room; the top floor is a twin bedroom.
Located in central Finistère within the natural park of Armorique and among the hills of the Monts D’Arrée. We are within easy reach of everything this amazing part of Brittany has to offer including many fabulous beaches, interesting small towns and a couple of larger historic cities.
All guests of Kergudon have access to the communal facilities which include a games room / cinema with pool and babyfoot table; mountain bikes; petanque pitch; boot room and fitness suite – one of the owners is a fully-qualified personal trainer who can put you through your paces while you’re here.
Dogs welcome by prior agreement. We make a small surcharge of 20 euros per dog.
Open all year. Prices range from 800 € to 1300 € per week depending on season.
Nightly cost 160 € per night for up to 4 people. 20 € per person per night if more than 4 people.
7 night minimum stay in high season (July / August) and seasonal periods (Christmas / New Year / Easter); 2 night minimum stay otherwise.
